• journey through the inner seasons & archetypes we embody during the hormonal phases of the menstrual cycle & how they reflect the 4 seasons the Earth moves through.

• deepen our awareness & connection to our cyclical nature as women through sacred practices & ancient rituals

• discover movement practices & ways to nurture our bodies through nutrition in alignment with each phase of the menstrual cycle.

The thread that connects us to our Mother’s womb & her Mother’s womb, and every womb that has come before us in our bloodline. The thread that connects us to the children that reside in our ovaries & their children’s children. It is all connected, and all comes back full circle.

We will be creating a sacred space, connecting with the womb through sound & meditation, mayan womb blessing attunement, writing & fire burning ritual, flower offering to Gaia & intention setting.
